At Mixologists Bartending, we feel this down to our core.
We value the OCCASION behind your event. Your event is not just another event - it really matters to us and it should be as unique and memorable as possible.
A corporate event isn’t just a work function - it’s about your unique brand, your unique staff, your unique clients.
A wedding isn’t just a wedding - it’s the ultimate celebration of love and hope - celebrating two unique individuals and bringing two unique families together.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not only that - they are a celebration of transitions, ending an era while entering a new phase in life
Birthday parties and anniversaries are really about celebrating all the years past and the memories had - while looking forward to a bright future with new joyful memories to come.
You have a boring bartender with no energy, charm, or class
Non-alcoholic beverages get overlooked and the nondrinkers are stuck drinking juice with the children (they deserve festive drinks too!)
Uncle Bob gets overserved (!)
Important equipment and logistics get forgotten.
Your bar gets set- up in a bad location.
You have long lines and people get bored waiting for a drink.
You run out of alcohol (because you had no idea how much to buy).
You have too much spillage from guests pouring their own drinks.
You overpay for liquor because too many bottles get opened.
Chances like:
Your most meaningful celebrations in life are too important to leave to chance.

I believe in celebrations.
How they bring us together. How they break down our guards. How they leave a legacy.
I believe in beautiful little details and big wide smiles.
I love them all, but weddings are always my favourite.
There’s so much love in the air. Everyone’s happy, families are merging. The music is better than a club, and the bartender is everybody's second favourite person... after the bride.
And yes- I’ve been known to hit the dance floor with some grandmas 😉

When I moved to the Okanagan, I worked at beautiful Gatzke Orchards running their weddings... and I fell in love.
The joy and love felt at weddings are unlike anything else in life.
At the end of the summer… I knew what I had to do.
I wanted to continue working weddings and events, so I decided to go all in - I founded Mixologists Bartending in 2017.
Since then, we’ve grown and have served at so many unique and special events. From weddings to corporate and charity events, to birthday parties and anniversaries.
I cherish every single one of them.
And I hope to be invited to yours next!
I’m from Barrie, Ontario and I started traveling at the young age of 17. I studied psychology at university and when I moved home for the summer, I got my first bartending job at 19.
Needless to say, I fell in love.
To further hone my skills, I attended the Toronto Institute of Bartending for training and certification.
Since then, I’ve lived in Jasper, all around Australia, and I’m now settled in beautiful Kelowna, B.C.
I’ve worked and managed in many bars and restaurants, gaining tons of experience along the way. I’ve been bartending now for 10 years, and I still truly love what I do.
